Last weekend (July 16th, 17th), Bealead has carried out a two-day special topic training. Except the supervisors of each company, the technical staffs in research and development center, production center, and all the people in service department have attended this training. The theme of this training is “Wisdom creates value”. The well-known economic management experts Mayuanjie professor will give a speech, he is come from Hohai University. He is working on the research and teaching of economic management, enterprise strategy and information systems analysis and design in long time.

He has explained to Bealead staffs the innovation, innovation ability and innovation thoughts. He shared the ways to cultivate the innovation thoughts, improve innovation ability, and build innovative organization.

During this training, the staffs have deeply understood the value and methodology of innovation thoughts.
